ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Turkey: 3-8 business days
- - Europe & United States: 8-20 business days
- - Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. They are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to become active.

Craftbooo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
